This week’s healthy meal plan is full of meals that are easy to make but taste like something you would get in a restaurant –  shrimp pasta, perfectly cooked steak, healthy take-out recipes, and more.

Now on to this week’s meal plan! It starts out with Strawberry Banana Oatmeal, Turkey Fajita Stuffed Zucchini, and Slow Cooker Banh Mi Pork. Monday brings lightened up Lemon Garlic Broccoli Pasta with Shrimp and Tuesday is Roasted Balsamic Flank Steak with Tomatoes. Wednesday is Tortellini Soup and Thursday is Baked Pesto Chicken. To end the week, meals include Sausage and Vegetable Bake as well as Bang Bang Chicken.

Spinach Tortellini Soup: This is quickly becoming our favorite soup. It’s filling, simple to make, and something the whole family loves.
